Please print this form, fill out and mail to Druid Hills Patrol, P.O. Box 15405, Atlanta, GA 30333.  Be sure to enclose your check made payable to "Druid Hills Patrol" or click here to pay your fees online.

After your first membership payment is received, a patrol officer will install a yard sign indicating that your home is protected by the Patrol. Please note that yard signs are property of the Druid Hills Patrol and will be removed if a member moves or fails to renew.

Dues are based on one of three payment schedule choices: Annually $480 due in January; Bi-Annually $250 due in January & July; Quarterly $130 due in January, April, July, & October.
